You can return or exchange your products within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date you received the product only in the following cases:

  • Before shipping the order, the customer can cancel the order by contacting customer service via the numbers shown on the site. If the order is shipped with the shipping company, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the order if he wants to cancel.
  • The customer has the right to return the product if it is defective or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase or as a result of a defect or manufacturing defect in the product, or if it is in a damaged condition as a result of shipping upon delivery, and the customer will not have to pay the fees imposed on shipping (provided that the product is returned in its original packaging With all its accessories and supplies and in its condition upon receipt) and after the condition of the product is evaluated by our technicians, a return policy will be issued within seven days from the date of the return request.
  • The return of products that are scratched or damaged or as a result of misuse or malfunction due to connecting electricity to the wrong voltage or not installing or installing the products according to the correct technical standards is excluded.

Returnable products are only accepted according to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed, unopened packaging.
  • If the product has been used, the original packaging of the product has been opened, or the original protective cover has been removed, we will reject your refund request and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing or product defect.
  • If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet and all other accessories of the product must be returned.
  • Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

General conditions that apply to all returns:

  • Al Amoudi Trading Establishment reserves the right to return the product to the customer if the returned product does not meet the guidelines or conditions applicable on the site, and the customer is not entitled to get his money back if the product is not valid for return.
  • If a product return request is rejected at any stage, we will make two attempts to return the product to the customer. If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days at our fulfillment center.
  • The customer can submit a request to the Customer Care Team for another attempt within three (3) business days after the last attempt he was notified of.
  • If we receive a request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days after the last attempt notified to him, we can arrange the last attempt to re-deliver the product to the customer within two (2) business days otherwise the product will be sent to the liquidation department and the customer will not be able to deliver Request to return the product back.

Refund Policy
