Customer address and contact methods

The customer must provide us with correct and proper addresses and numbers, and any landmarks that facilitate the arrival of shipments directly to him, such as the mobile phone number, email, name of the main city, name of the region, name of the neighborhood or village, name of the street, house number, floor number, and any landmarks that enable us to facilitate access.

He must also specify his preferred receiving hours, which will be taken into consideration if the shipping company provides that.

Shipping and delivery requests are handled through multiple shipping companies (third party), which will be provided to the customer after purchase with the company name and bill of lading number, which will be specified by us.

Delivery duration

Orders are delivered within an estimated period ranging from (1 - 5) working days in normal circumstances. It may also exceed the specified period for several circumstances, including, for example, the size of the order and the duration of its processing. It also depends on the customer’s geographical location and the coverage available from shipping companies for these areas, especially cities. And villages, where in some remote cities and villages that shipping companies cannot reach, the customer will have to receive his shipment from the shipping company’s nearest delivery point in a city or village that is covered.

If the customer wants to confirm the area to which he wants delivery, he must contact us through the communication methods before confirming the order

The customer will be contacted by shipping companies via phone call or text messages to confirm the receipt date. If there is no response more than once, the shipment will be returned (and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer)
