Warranty and maintenance policy

warranty period :

  • Two years on electrical parts.
  • The warranty does not include exercise bikes of all types.
  • The warranty does not include furniture and weight devices In the event of manufacturing defects, the replacement can only be made within a week from the date of purchase of the device
  • The warranty does not include weight equipment (dumbbells).


General exceptions not covered by the warranty:

  1. Defects or malfunctions arising due to consumer misuse, non-compliance with instructions for use, negligence, accidents, acts of sabotage, exposing the product to various weather factors, maintenance work that does not comply with the product’s recommendations, opening the hood of the engine and control unit and tampering with it, or Negligence in performing periodic maintenance, as the running track, for example, needs periodic maintenance every three months by a specialized technician to lubricate the belt skin, clean the device from the outside, remove the engine cover to clean and maintain it, and check its capacity and performance.
  2. If the serial numbers have been tampered with, changed or removed.
  3. If any of the device components have been opened and tampered with.
  4. Costs of replacing missing or worn parts.
  5. The warranty does not include transportation costs from the customer’s location to the maintenance center and vice versa.
  6. The warranty does not include damage to the device due to repair carried out by unauthorized workshops or due to incorrect maintenance on the part of the customer.
  7. Periodic inspection of the device, adjusting its operation, and performing periodic maintenance.
  8. Damage to the device due to accidents, negligence, modifications, use of spare parts not from My Life Fitness or non-original parts, disassembly or installation error.
  9. Damage caused by lightning, water, fire or by others, electrical faults, poor ventilation, or failure to follow the instructions in the device manual.
  10. In the event that the malfunction is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the necessary measures will be taken by us (taking into account that when there is a need to transport the product from the customer’s place to the maintenance center, the customer will bear the transportation expenses)
  11. In the event that the malfunction arose due to the customer’s misuse or any of the cases described above, the customer will be notified of this and the customer will bear all repair costs.

  • The organization is not responsible for any device after 30 days from the date of completion of maintenance and notification of receipt to the customer


Maintenance is out of warranty


•If the product is out of warranty, contact customer service in order to provide us with the required data (customer name - city - neighborhood - street - and mobile number).

•If the customer’s city is within the scope of the cities that we cover, the home visit fee is transferred in order to submit a request for maintenance in order to visit the customer and perform the necessary technical inspection of the device and provide the customer with a report on the malfunction and the nature of the maintenance that will be performed, while informing him of the maintenance costs.

•If the customer is outside the scope of the cities that we cover, the device will be shipped to our maintenance center and the device will be inspected by the specialized technician and then the customer will be provided with a report on the malfunction and the nature of the maintenance that will be performed, while informing him of the maintenance costs.
